For a role-specific configuration, ask ODNA can use the job description, the optional ODNA® Role Blueprint (ORB), and company-defined criteria to recommend relevant scales and explain their connection to the work. An authorized person reviews, edits, and approves the assessment before delivery.

Human review keeps the assessment connected to the role and the organization accountable for the decision. Inside the ODNA® Talent platform, ask ODNA supports scale recommendations and report analysis. Authorized users approve the assessment configuration, review AI-supported guidance and assessment evidence in context, and make the final workforce decision. Fit Score summarizes alignment with defined role criteria and should be reviewed with the underlying results, interviews, experience, and other job-related evidence.

Your team can use the current job description, manager input, ORB information, and company-defined criteria to describe new responsibilities, decisions, and risks. Assessment Architect Mode can recommend relevant measures with an explanation for each recommendation. Review the scale coverage for the role, and use work samples, technical qualifications, or other evidence where needed. When the work changes, review the role requirements and assessment approach with it.
