Frequently asked questions
The technology matters. The assessment design, reports, and manager adoption matter just as much.
ODNA® Talent is a talent intelligence and assessment platform that helps organizations build job-specific assessments, review results, protect assessment integrity, and support better workforce decisions. It connects role requirements, assessment setup, scale selection, reporting, and ask ODNA support in one workflow.
No. ODNA® Talent offers 70+ pre-built assessments for organizations that want an established starting point. When the role requires a more focused approach, the ODNA® Role Blueprint and Assessment Architect Mode help identify a role-relevant combination from 200+ validated scales. Human review and approval remain part of the process.
Organizations can purchase non-expiring assessment credits in volume packages or choose an annual unlimited-use agreement based on workforce size. A one-time new-client pilot may be available. Final structure, optional services, and any integration costs are confirmed after scope review.
Current onboarding includes system configuration, platform training, report training, Star Performer Models, custom assessment buildout, and ongoing Client Care support.
Ongoing Client Care support is included to help authorized client teams with platform use, reporting, assessment questions, and continued adoption.
Qualified buyers can request documentation covering assessment development, reliability, validity evidence, adverse-impact analysis, norming, and validation studies. The documentation supports responsible evaluation but does not replace legal or professional advice.
ODNA® Talent is integration-ready and can support configured, API-based connections with applicant tracking, recruiting, HR technology, and related workforce systems. It is not a plug-and-play integration with every ATS or HRIS. Available endpoints, authentication, data fields, security requirements, timing, and cost are confirmed during technical discovery. When a full integration is not required, assessments can be delivered by email or designated link, reports can be sent to authorized recipients, and score-summary data can be exported for internal analysis and EEO reporting.
No. ODNA® Talent supports review and decision-making, but it does not make hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, safety, leadership, or other workforce decisions. Final decisions remain with the organization.
