ODNA® Talent

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the ODNA® Talent website and public website content. Platform access, assessment services, client accounts, ask ODNA use, and assessment administration may also be governed by separate agreements and service arrangements.

Website and authorized access

Visitors may use this website to learn about ODNA® Talent, request information, contact us, access approved login areas, and review public platform information.

Client and Partner Login areas are for authorized users only. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and may not attempt unauthorized access, share credentials improperly, interfere with site operation, or submit false or misleading information.

Platform components and providers

ODNA® Talent may include assessment content, platform functions, AI-supported features, hosting, reporting, analytics, integrity tools, communications, and licensed components supported by selected service providers.

Users may not copy, extract, reverse engineer, misuse, resell, redistribute, scrape, or repurpose protected platform or assessment content, reports, AI-supported output, system functions, or related materials unless expressly authorized in writing.

Assessment validity and AI-supported tools

Assessment scores are objective psychometric measurements produced through assessment methodologies. AI-supported tools may assist users in interpreting results, organizing information, preparing summaries, identifying development considerations, and framing job-related questions.

AI output is an interpretive aid. It is probabilistic, may contain errors, and is not a predictive guarantee. It does not generate assessment scores, determine candidate suitability, or make employment decisions.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing the relevance, accuracy, and appropriate use of assessment information and AI-supported output. Employment decisions, including screening, hiring, promotion, compensation, development, safety, and termination decisions, remain with the employer or organization.

Users are responsible for using the platform lawfully, fairly, consistently, in a job-related manner, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Assessment information

Assessment results should be interpreted in context and used as one part of a broader decision process. They should not be the sole basis for employment or workforce decisions.

Users should consider job requirements, experience, interviews, references, performance information, work evidence, and other relevant information.

Testing integrity

The platform may provide candidness indicators, outside-click tracking, copy restrictions, optional identity verification, and related integrity tools. These features provide review context and should not be treated as automatic proof of misconduct or automatic disqualification.

Participant responsibilities

Candidates, employees, and other participants should complete assessments honestly, follow the requesting organization’s instructions, and avoid unauthorized assistance. Copying, capturing, sharing, or distributing assessment content is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, graphics, images, branding, design, videos, reports, assessment content, platform materials, AI-supported output, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ODNA® Talent or their respective owners.

Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, resold, repurposed, or used commercially without written authorization.

No guaranteed outcome

No assessment platform can guarantee hiring success, job performance, retention, safety, sales, service, leadership, or business outcomes. ODNA® Talent provides structure, information, reporting, and decision support. Organizations remain responsible for how that information is applied.

No legal, HR, or employment advice

Website content, assessment information, platform descriptions, AI-supported output, reports, interview guidance, and manager guidance are informational and do not constitute legal, HR-compliance, or employment advice. Organizations should consult qualified advisors when needed.

Third-party services

The website may link to scheduling tools, login portals, client or partner areas, and other services not controlled by ODNA® Talent. Those services may have separate terms, privacy practices, and security controls.

Availability and changes

ODNA® Talent may update, suspend, or discontinue website content, links, descriptions, features, pages, or access areas. Continued website use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODNA® Talent and its assessment, platform, technology, AI, hosting, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the website, platform, assessment information, reports, AI-supported output, or related materials. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Contact page, emailed to clientcare@odnatalent.ai, or directed to 1-800-434-2630.
