ODNA® Talent
Responsible AI and Data Protection
ask ODNA is the branded AI engine inside ODNA® Talent. It supports assessment setup and report analysis. It does not replace human judgment or make employment decisions.
Decision support, not decision replacement
ask ODNA may help authorized users organize job information, recommend relevant scales, summarize assessment reports, compare candidates, prepare executive summaries, develop interview guidance, create response notes, support development planning, translate report content, and prepare manager-ready next steps.
ODNA® Talent and ask ODNA do not make final decisions regarding hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, safety, leadership, development, or other workforce matters. Final decisions remain with the organization using the platform.
Human review is required
AI-supported output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or may not reflect all job-related, organizational, legal, or human context. Authorized users must review output for accuracy, job relevance, context, fairness, and practical fit before relying on it.
AI output should be considered with assessment evidence, job requirements, interviews, experience, references, performance information, and other relevant evidence.
Responsible-use principles
- Job relevance comes first. Recommendations should connect to the role, Job Survey, company-defined criteria, and the workforce decision being supported.
- AI should explain, not obscure. Users should be able to understand why suggested scales, questions, summaries, or next steps may be relevant.
- Humans remain accountable. Managers and organizations remain responsible for final workforce decisions.
- Data should be protected. Client, candidate, employee, job, assessment, report, and AI-interaction information should be limited to authorized use.
- AI should improve practical use. The purpose is better assessment setup, better questions, better reporting, and better decision support.
Private platform information
Client, candidate, employee, job, Job Survey, assessment, report, and ask ODNA information is not public website content. It is intended for controlled platform use by approved users.
ODNA® Talent may use selected technology, AI, assessment, hosting, security, and platform service providers to support authorized functionality. Provider support does not make platform information public.
