ODNA® Talent respects the privacy of visitors, prospects, clients, candidates, employees, and authorized users. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, protected, shared, and retained when people interact with our website and services.
Scope
This policy applies to information collected through the ODNA® Talent website, demonstration requests, contact forms, client communications, support requests, and related service interactions.
Assessment-platform use may also be governed by client agreements, platform terms, assessment-administration rules, and the client organization’s privacy, employment, and data-protection practices.
Information we may collect
- Name, company, business email, phone number, employee-count range, role or area of interest, reason for contact, and message content.
- Demonstration, partner, client-support, and platform-access information.
- Basic website usage information, including pages visited, browser and device type, referring pages, and general interaction data.
- Job information, Job Survey input, company-defined criteria, assessment information, report output, integrity indicators, authorized user activity, and ask ODNA interactions when services are used.
How information may be used
- Respond to inquiries and schedule demonstrations.
- Provide client support and manage authorized access.
- Support assessment setup, administration, delivery, reporting, integrity review, and workforce decision support.
- Operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the website and platform.
- Communicate with prospects, clients, candidates, employees, partners, and authorized users.
- Meet applicable legal, security, contractual, and business requirements.
ask ODNA and AI-supported use
ask ODNA may support scale recommendations, report summaries, candidate comparisons, executive summaries, interview guidance, development planning, response notes, report translation, and manager-ready next steps.
ask ODNA does not make hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, or other workforce decisions. Final decisions remain with the employer or organization using the platform.
Service providers
ODNA® Talent may work with selected assessment, technology, hosting, AI, analytics, communications, security, and support providers. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver authorized services, support platform functions, protect systems, or meet applicable requirements.
ODNA® Talent remains the branded client-facing experience. Provider support does not make client, candidate, employee, job, assessment, report, or ask ODNA information public.
Sharing and selling
Information may be shared with authorized client users, assessment and technology providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI-supported service providers, communications and form providers, analytics and security providers, client-support personnel, and legal or compliance advisors when appropriate.
ODNA® Talent does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Data protection and access
ODNA® Talent uses access controls and administrative practices intended to protect information and limit access to authorized users. No website, software platform, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Clients are responsible for managing authorized users, permissions, credentials, internal assessment use, and their own employment, privacy, and data-protection obligations.
Retention
Information may be retained as needed to provide services, support accounts, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect systems, and meet legal or business obligations. Specific periods may depend on client agreements, platform settings, service relationships, and applicable requirements.
Third-party services
The website may link to scheduling tools, login portals, partner areas, and other third-party services. Services not controlled by ODNA® Talent may have their own privacy and security practices.
Privacy requests
Questions or requests concerning website information may be sent through the Contact page, emailed to clientcare@odnatalent.ai, or directed to 1-800-434-2630. Requests involving candidate or employee assessment information may need to be handled by the organization that requested the assessment.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as services, technology, and requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
